Boxing

🥊 Boxing Academy (Animals, 11+)

Build speed, strength, and cardio while learning powerful striking techniques. Our sessions combine pad work, bag drills, footwork, and controlled sparring — ideal for both fitness and competition.

Karate

A traditional martial art focused on form, control, and mental discipline. Improve balance, flexibility, and confidence through structured movements and technique-driven sessions. Great for all ages and levels.

Capoeira

A unique blend of martial arts, music, acrobatics, and rhythm. Capoeira challenges the body and mind, helping you improve coordination, flexibility, and flow through dynamic movement and cultural expression.

Jiu-Jitsu

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Vini BJJ, 14+)

Master the art of ground control, submissions, and leverage. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is ideal for self-defense and physical development, with a focus on technique, strategy, and efficiency rather than brute force.

🥋 Jiu-Jitsu Flow (14+)

Discover Jiu-Jitsu as a complete martial art that blends striking, throws, and ground techniques. Jiu-Jitsu Flow emphasizes movement, balance, and adaptability, offering both effective self-defense and a dynamic workout for body and mind.

MMA – Mixed Martial Arts

Train across all combat ranges — striking, grappling, and transitions — with expert guidance. MMA classes integrate the best of boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and BJJ into a complete fighting system.

Wrestling

🥊 Maxwill Academy (14+)

Develop explosive strength, coordination, and agility with our wrestling program — open from age 10+. Training includes takedowns, clinch work, groundwork, and live sparring.

  • Sat, 10:00–11:30
