Akros Training in Marbella

What is AKROS?

AKROS is our unique zone dedicated to the exploration of movement, strength, and artistic expression. It combines elements of artistic gymnastics, aerial acrobatics, pole dance, suspension training, and dynamic bodywork — offering a fresh, creative way to train both body and mind.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete, performer, or simply curious to try something new, AKROS invites you to move differently, express freely, and discover your body’s full potential.
